Please read these carefully as they form part of the contract between us.
Your accommodation includes en-suite or private facilities, parking on the premises for your
vehicle, and breakfast as specified elsewhere on this website.
The price includes central heating, tea and coffee facilities. television
and hairdryer in your room, and use of the guest lounge including
books, games and television.
We accept provisional bookings by telephone, fax, post or email. To secure a booking we
need to receive a deposit of the equivalent of one night's
accommodation. (if you are staying one night we require the full cost
in advance) This deposit must be received by the fifth day after your
initial booking, and is not refundable.
The balance of your payment is to be made not later than the morning you leave us. We
accept cash, personal cheques or travellers' cheques, but only in UK
currency. We do not have any facilities for payment by card. The
person confirming the booking is responsible for paying all monies
due. If we receive notice of cancellation or reduction in a
booking less than 3 days in advance, we reserve the right to charge
you full cost of the stay as booked.
Your room will be ready
by 3.30 p.m. at the latest on the day of arrival, and check-out time
is 10.30 a.m. on the last day of your stay. In practice, if we can accommodate
you outside these times we certainly will, and we always aim
to have rooms ready for you by 12.30 p.m. if possible.
We will do our best to provide a very high standard of accommodation. If your holiday is
disrupted through error or omission on our part, we will compensate
you appropriately. Compensation will be limited to a maximum of one
night's accommodation for each person affected.
As a courtesy to our guests we try to be flexible in accommodating your needs, and will
respond positively to any reasonable request such as early (or late)
arrivals, early breakfasts, drying facilities, cycle
storage, and so on. There will be no additional charge for such
services. We cannot however guarantee to provide these services and
no compensation will be due if we are unable to provide them.
We have no safe deposit and cannot be responsible for any property lost stolen or damaged
except by our own negligence.
We also cannot accept responsibility
for your cars while parked on our premises.
