We have seven bedrooms, all of which are en-suite. These include twin, double, and family rooms. We have one (ground-floor) room accessible to those with physical difficulties including wheelchair users. We also have one attic-room at a lower rate as the headroom is restricted in parts of both bedroom and bathroom.

Reductions for longer stays:

• For mid-week bookings outside school holidays: double en-suite rooms at £78 for one-night stays, £75 for two nights, and £72 for longer stays.
• weekend bookings: £78 per night
• and until further notice, we are offering bookings for school holidays at £78 per night

In addition, we are providing fruit and chocolates in all our guest rooms for the whole of 2010 and beyond, as well as:

• Four-star, fully en-suite accommodation and a five-star breakfast (consistently awarded by the Wales Tourist Authority from 2006 to 2010), offering a wide choice of meat, vegetarian and vegan items
• Ethically-sourced materials including bacon sausage and eggs from free-range animals reared on a local farm, with other items organically-sourced where possible
• A welcome for disabled people and those on special diets
• Ample parking for all our visitors
• free internet access

Our usual prices per room, including full breakfast as on the menu, and VAT at 17.5%, are as follows, except for the special offers above:

• Double occupancy: £84; £66 for the attic en-suite.
  
• Single occupancy (not always available): by arrangement.
  
• Three adults sharing: £99 per night.
  
• Family with one child: £90 per night.
• Family with two children: £98 per night

We can also accommodate larger groups of visitors who require separate beds but are willing to share rooms. Prices are as follows:

• 10 beds in 5 rooms: £400
• 10 beds in 4 rooms: £340
• 12 beds in 5 rooms: £450
• Additional Single occupancy, if the group has already booked at least 10 beds: £50

Group prices apply to one-night bookings and are not available on Fridays and Saturdays. Please contact us if your group wishes to stay for two or more nights.
