Breakfast is served at your convenience between
8.00 and 9.30 a.m. from Monday to Saturday, and between 8.30 and 10.00 a.m. on Sundays.
We will make a continental breakfast available
outside these times if you are walking or travelling early.
At the sideboard you will find
- orange and grapefruit juice; fresh oranges (with an electric
juicer for you to make your own) and fresh grapefruit.
- cereals with a choice of full cream or semi-skimmed milk;
skimmed milk, soya milk and rice milk on request.
- Organic porridge and maple syrup
- Organic yoghurts.
- white bread and wholemeal bread, toasters for you to make toast at your own convenience;
a selection of jams and marmalade, honey, marmite, and
peanut butter.
For your cooked breakfast you may choose from the following:
- Manx kippers.
- Scrambled egg with smoked salmon.
- Bacon Sandwich (dry-cured bacon from outdoor-reared pigs)
- Grilled tomatoes and mushrooms on toast
- Scrambled or poached eggs on toast.
- Smoked haddock and poached egg
- Bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and organic baked beans
- Vegetarian sausage, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, and organic baked beans
- Vegan sausage, organic baked beans, tomato, and mushrooms
- Welsh Rarebit
Drinks include, as well as pots of
Indian tea and freshly-made cafetieres of coffee (blended locally by Dwyfor),
a range of caffeine-free fruit teas (the English Tea Company),
Earl Grey or Chinese Tea, and hot chocolate. All our tea
and coffee is fair-traded apart from the Earl Grey (we are working
on this one).
